The Franchise Council of Australia hosted an event for a group of senior executives from the US.

The event consisted of a presentation from several executives from 7-Eleven to introduce their visitors to the way operations, marketing and HR is done in Australia to adopt the global strategies into a local market.

Being a company that is quite familiar to them, it was fascinating to see how they pinpoint specific differences and transfer their discoveries into other industries.
